The film deposited by PVD coating technology has the characteristics of high hardness, high wear resistance (low friction coefficient), good corrosion resistance and chemical stability. At the same time, the film can greatly improve the appearance and decorative performance of the workpiece.
At present, the film colors that can be made by the technology are deep golden yellow, light golden yellow, brown, bronze, gray, black, grayish black, colorful and so on. By controlling the related parameters in the coating process, the color of the coating can be controlled. After coating, the color value can be measured by related instruments to quantify the color, so as to determine whether the coating color meets the requirements.
